Video Exchange Follow-up – $29/video; $19/video if purchasing multiple exchanges.
- Assess your evolving movement patterns.
- Finesse your form in your Home Exercise Program (remember, in this body of work the devil is in the details).
- Progress your program accordingly.
- You will receive an email with your updated Home Exercise Program including links to a Recap Video and videos of the exercises.
Interactive Follow-up Appointment (in-person or zoom) – $139
