1. Clothing: Please wear a jog bra (women) or shirtless (men). No one else sees these videos. If you are uncomfortable doing so, please wear a light colored shirt as tight as is comfortable. Please be barefoot. Please wear shorts or tight exercise pants (e.g. yoga pants) rolled up; I need to be able to see your knees.
  2. If you have long hair, please put it in a bun on top of your head so I can see your skull and neck alignment.
  3. Please set up the camera so I can see your whole body, and such that the video is vertically oriented rather than horizontal (taller rather than wider). Try to have the camera as straight as possible; e.g. if there is a floorboard or window in view, you can use those to make sure your camera is straight.
  4. Please be in a well lit environment without backlighting.
  5. NOTE!!!! As you perform the assessment movements be sure to make a note of what movements are uncomfortable, painful, feel tight, and also if one side feels easier than the other!!!! Convey to me any of the above observations.
