Brand new clients (or clients I haven’t seen in a while) start with an Intake Package. I offer both Interactive* and Video Exchange** Intake packages. In either case, we start with a Movement and Posture Screen.
*An actual appointment is included (in-person or zoom).
**All communication is via video and email.
Movement and Posture Screen: You send me posture photos, movement videos, and an intake questionnaire (I will send you detailed instructions). I have found this is the most time and cost effective way of working with my clients. I gain a ton of information by zooming in and out, and rewatching literally seconds of your movement videos. The more information I gather up front, the more honed, and therefore more effective, your Home Exercise Program! NOTE: if you prefer, there is an option to book a movement screen with me (in-person or zoom).

Add Gait Analysis to Either of the Above Packages – $49
NOTE: While Gait Analysis is not necessary, if you choose to do so, the additional information allows me to further hone your assessment.
Movement Screen (in-person or zoom) – $29
For those who prefer to book me to make movement and posture screen videos.
Consult (in-person or zoom) – $15
