Brand new clients (or clients I haven’t seen in a while) start with an Intake Package. I offer both Interactive* and Video Exchange** Intake packages. In either case, we start with a Movement and Posture Screen.

*An actual appointment is included (in-person or zoom).

**All communication is via video and email.

Movement and Posture Screen: You send me posture photos, movement videos, and an intake questionnaire (I will send you detailed instructions).  I  have found this is the most time and cost effective way of working with my clients. I gain a ton of information by zooming in and out, and rewatching literally seconds of your movement videos. The more information I gather up front, the more honed, and therefore more effective, your Home Exercise Program! NOTE: if you prefer, there is an option to book a movement screen with me (in-person or zoom).

NOTE: All services are pre-paid, and I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I accept checks (must arrive prior to any analysis of intake materials), Zelle, and credit card payments. There is a 3.5% surcharge for credit card payments.
